I lost 76 pounds at home on my own in 2009. I went through health struggles from late 09 until now and gained back almost 40 pounds because of low T3/iron levels, but I'm striving to get better, boost my thyroid, and reach my UGW. I won't stop trying.

- wear a size 4-6
- run a 7/8 minute mile
- gain 5lbs of muscle
- body fat down to 15-18%
@eharty94: 1 hour of treadmill. 13 incline 3.5 mph. Went 3.55 miles but burned 540 calories! I then took a CORE class with @lisalovesfitness man did she kick my butt! She’s unstoppable! And amazing 😊😘 love you!!! I woke up today and BAM!! My side definition is AWESOME! I’m so happy!!!! My lower abs could be better… But the upper I’m proud of! 👌👌 WHAT DO YOU THINK?
